• Waitlist requests — the email address you provide to be notified about openings.
• Studio-build intake — the information you submit through our studio intake forms.
• Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (such as your device type and pages viewed) that our hosting provider records to keep the site running.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• respond to your booking, consultation, and waitlist requests;
• schedule and manage appointments;
• collect and credit deposits toward your tattoo;
• design your piece and communicate with you about it;
• and operate, maintain, and improve the studio and this website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio and this website:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google (Google Sheets & Google Workspace) — we store form submissions in Google Sheets and send and receive email through Google Workspace.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Google Calendar — appointment scheduling.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the studio, our clients, or others.

Cookies & similar technology

Our website uses only the essential cookies and local storage needed to make the site work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing activity.

Data retention

We keep booking and appointment records for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal reasons. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove details that identify you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and tattoo services require you to be 18 or older with valid ID. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We and our service providers are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. By using this website, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
