1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Lost Lotus Ink website, requesting a booking or consultation, or receiving tattoo services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

2. Our service

This website provides information about Lost Lotus Ink and lets you request consultations and bookings for tattoo services provided by the artist, Chris Davis, at our studio in Salt Lake City, Utah.

3. Bookings & deposits

Bookings are subject to the studio's stated deposit policy:

• A deposit is required to reserve your date and start your design.
• Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Your deposit is credited in full toward the final price of your tattoo.
• Final pricing is confirmed at your free consultation.

Placing a booking request does not guarantee a date until a deposit is received and confirmed.

4. Tattoo services & eligibility

Tattoo services are performed by the artist. You must be 18 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information and for following the aftercare guidance provided. Results vary from person to person, and healed results depend in part on your aftercare.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, artwork, photographs, designs, and the Lost Lotus Ink name and marks — belongs to the studio or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Custom designs created for you remain the artistic work of the artist.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Lotus Ink and Chris Davis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
